Waiver
I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that the registrant and I will abide by the rules of Texas Academy of Soccer, LLC (TAS), and its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury, associated with soccer and in consideration for TAS accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities, I hereby release, discharge, and otherwise indemnify TAS, all its Board members, coaches, affiliates, organizations, sponsors, their employees, and associated personnel, including the owners of the fields and facilities used for the programs, against any claims by or on behalf of the registrants as a result of the registrant’s participation in the programs.

Talent Release
I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, hereby grant to Texas Academy of Soccer, LLC (TAS or The Academy) the right to video-record and photograph my represented minor(s), me, and any of my accompanying party members, while attending a TAS event (collectively called the “Content”), and to use the Content and my physical likeness in connection with any informational, entertaining, and promotional material of the Academy in all media, digital and otherwise.
I hereby grant TAS, its assigns, and licensees the perpetual right to use all the imagery, video, and sound recordings for such a purpose, and the right to use my name and likeness in the reproduction of any of the Academy’s documentary and promotional materials.
I agree not to hold TAS, its successors, assigns, and licensees liable for any action, including but not limited to those grounded upon invasion of privacy or rights of publicity in connection with the Academy’s authorized use of the Content.
I hereby certify and represent that I am over 18 years of age, that I have read the foregoing, and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof.
